It’s not every day you get retweeted by Jeff Goldblum.

But then, it’s not every day that someone runs his face through your new NSFW JS content filtering app, either (huge hat tip to Just Ten Dads for doing exactly that). To the delight of many and the surprise of few, our app got pretty hot and bothered by Jeff’s smoldering visage.

Whenever you’re dealing with AI, false positives are bound to happen, but rarely with such serendipitous results.

At this point, we feel compelled to point out that we are using this data to improve the app’s recognition capabilities. Though NSFW JS has only been live for a few days, we’ve already made a number of tweaks to help reduce false positives.

In the meantime, enjoy these spectacular miscategorizations, and maybe head over to NSFWJS.com (which, despite the name, is totally safe for work) to create a few of your own.

In the words of one commenter, “I mean, they’re not wrong.”
